HF681N Series Multidrive

The HF681N series multi-drive consist of rectifier and inverter, featuring a book-type design with uniform height and depth module, and install compactly side by side, occupying smaller space. Depending on application requirements, one rectifier unit can be connected to multiple inverters to form a common DC bus drive system, enabling simultaneous control of multiple motors for multi-point drive. These products boast high reliability, excellent performance, high integration, good scalability, compact size, and ease of use.

Product Features:
◎ The products feature a book-type design with uniform height and depth module, and install compactly side by side, realizing a better cabinet integration and a smaller space.
◎ The rectifiers incorporate the built-in braking units. Adopting a centralized braking design in multi-motor drive systems, the whole system only requires one set of braking resistors commigrating in rectifier.
◎ Inverters with power ratings of 75kW and below have built-in DC fuses to prevent unit failures from spreading to the system, significantly enhancing system stability.
◎ The rectifiers are equipped with built-in DC reactors, effectively improving the power factor on the input side, enhancing overall efficiency and thermal stability, and mitigating the impact of ultra-harmonics on the input side for inverters.
◎ Each unit incorporates a built-in mini tab-type DC busbar for quick installation, integrating modules into the smallest space.
◎ Energy can flow between inverters with a common DC bus configuration. The electricity from inverters operating in power generation mode can be transferred via the DC bus to inverters in operating mode, improving energy regeneration utilization.
◎ The rectifier units are equipped with built-in logic control cards featuring up to 43 digital inputs (DIs) and 30 digital outputs (DOs), facilitating the implementation of various application.
HF681N Series support multiple communication methods, enabling convenient data exchange between external controllers and the drive system.
