It integrates information management and process control. It analyses, optimizes and integrates the control of production processes, covering the entire production management cycle, and acts as a bridge between the production management and process control systems.

 

 

Main Application Scenarios

Bulk Cargo Terminal

Tasks such as ship and train loading and unloading are issued through the TOS. These tasks are combined with the automated operations of portal cranes, ship loaders/unloaders and belt conveyors, as well as applications such as spraying, broadcasting and video monitoring, in order to achieve management and control integration.

 

Bulk Grain Terminal

Tasks including ship loading/unloading, port consolidation and goods pickup are assigned via the TOS. This integrates the automated operation of portal cranes, ship loaders/unloaders and belt conveyors, as well as applications such as discharge ports, weighing scales, mobile hoppers, grain condition monitoring, broadcasting and video control. This realizes management and control integration.

 

Mine and Cement Plant

Tasks are issued via the TOS. In combination with the automated control of overhead cranes and belt conveyors, this achieves management and control integration.

The operating cabs on the cranes have been replaced by the remote room in the production control building, significantly improving the working environment and ensuring the safety and health of employees.

Intelligent bucket wheel stacker-reclaimers, belt conveyors and grab portal cranes enable the entire process, from the quayside to the yard, to be fully automated.
