GF630N04 Series Instant-start Drive
The GF630N04 series instant-start drive is specifically developed for use in the weaving process in the textile industry. Designed to meet the requirements of rapid starting, speed adjustment, inching, and variable-speed weaving operations, it achieves ultra-high multiplicative torque during machine start-up and effectively prevents weft yarn from loosening. The PCB of the instant-start drive undergoes enhanced coating treatment, providing outstanding moisture proof and corrosion prevention, as well as cotton lint and frogging prevention.

◎ Instant start: The instant start voltage and holding time can be adjusted to precisely control the beating-up torque during startup, based on the fabric type, and effectively improving fabric defects generated during the starting process of the weaving machine.
◎ Speed adjustment: The speed of the weaving machine can be adjusted in real time without replace the belt pulley through internal parameter settings/communication parameter settings/analog control of the drive.
◎ Variable-Speed Weaving: For high-value fabrics with complex raw materials, the weaving machine can operate at different speeds according to different weft colors or densities through simple parameter settings of the drive, enhancing the efficiency of the equipment during the weaving process.
◎ Stable Rotating Speed: In the event of fluctuations in the grid voltage, special processes inside the drive can prevent the grid voltage fluctuations from affecting the rotating speed of the weaving machine.
◎ Energy Saving: The drive can improve the power factor of the main motor and reduce the reactive power loss of the weaving machine.
