RMG Automation System in Port

The intelligent automated operation control system for RMG cranes (hereinafter referred to as RMG) can be retrofitted on existed RMG or directly integrated during the construction process of new RMG.
 

The intelligent automated operation control system for RMGs comprises the following:

• ECS (Equipment Control System)
• Communication system
• Protection safety system
• Intelligent recognition system
• Automated control system
• Remote operation control system
   

The intelligent operation control system for RMGs can read operation instructions from the Terminal Operating System (TOS) of port, and then dispatches them to the RMG for execution. RMGs are integrated with the necessary perception, judgement, decision-making and execution capabilities systems, enabling them to carry out the instructions while ensuring operational safety, reducing operator involvement and enhancing operational efficiency.
 

The intelligent operation control system for RMG also features high-definition remote audio-video capabilities, allowing for remote manual intervention when necessary to improve operational smoothness.
