On March 26, 2025, Hikvision and Guide Technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement at Hikvision's headquarters in Hangzhou. Hu Yangzhong, Chairman of Hikvision, and Xiang Aiguo, Chairman of Guide Technology, attended the signing ceremony and delivered speeches. Shen Tao, General Manager of Hikvision's Transportation Business Unit, and Zhang Tao, Deputy General Manager of Guide Intelligent, represented the two parties in signing the agreement. Participants also included Fu Hao, President of Hikvision's Hubei Business Center, Liu Hongjie, General Manager of Scenario Digitalization at Hikvision's Hubei Business Center, Xiong Haiming, Chairman of Guide Software, Shi Xiancheng, R&D Director of Guide Intelligent, and Zhou Lei, Manager of Guide Technology's Information Technology Department.

 

During the signing ceremony, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on industrial automation, intelligent IoT, and digital solutions for the port industry. Chairman Xiang Aiguo of Guide Technology introduced the development trajectory and business segments of Guide Technology, providing an in-depth analysis of the current strategic layout and business growth drivers in the crane machinery sector. Xu Jin from Hikvision's Transportation Solution Department comprehensively explained the digital solutions for port industry scenarios, systematically presenting Hikvision's evolution path from single-device intelligence to port ecosystem wisdom through real-world case data.

 

Chairman Xiang Aiguo of Guide Technology stated that Hikvision is a global benchmark in the intelligent IoT field, and this strategic cooperation represents a significant step in deepening Guide Technology's industrial layout. He expressed anticipation for collaborating with Hikvision to provide more efficient and intelligent services through technological synergy and ecological integration, injecting new momentum into the digital transformation of the port industry. Chairman Hu Yangzhong of Hikvision remarked that Guide Technology's extensive experience in industrial automation and intelligent scenarios forms a high degree of complementarity with Hikvision's intelligent IoT technology. The cooperation between the two parties will break through single-technology boundaries, constructing a full-stack capability covering scenarios such as "unmanned port machinery operations and intelligent equipment inspections," empowering the port industry to achieve high-quality development.
