Code No.: E115
Overspeed Error
- Check the motor speed exceeds the value set in parameter P7.19. Confirm the setting of parameter P7.19.
- Verify the motor's rotation direction, determine the encoder cable wiring, identify any disconnection locations and check the grounding of the shielding wire.
- Confirm that the encoder is not loose and that its wiring is normal to rule out issues such as encoder Error, line interference or problems with the PG card. Perform open-loop operation under no-load or light-load conditions to observe the operational status.
- Inspect the braking action of the brake and how it is controlled, as well as whether the brake is releasing properly.
Code No.: E116
Open-loop Vector Control Error
- Confirm whether the acceleration and deceleration times are too short, verify parameter P7.23, and perform self-tuning again.
Code No.: E117
Motor Stalling Error
- Check the connections of the brake, and inspect the brake's braking action and its control coordination, as well as whether the brake is properly releasing.
- Verify whether the motor's rotation direction is correct.
- If an encoder is equipped, confirm that the encoder's connections and parameters P20.14 and P20.15 are set correctly, and check whether the encoder is loose and whether its wiring is normal, and rule out issues such as encoder error, line interference, or problems with the PG card.
- Perform the open-loop operation (under no-load or light-load conditions) to observe the operational status.
Code No.: E170
Self-tuning Error
- Confirm the motor nameplate parameters.
- Verify parameter P7.33.
- Check whether the motor wiring is normal.
- Determine if the motor cable is excessively long (an overly long cable increases resistance, leading to a lower voltage at the motor terminals).
