Common Fault Diagnosis and Solution of IGBT

Code No.: E052  E054  E055

IGBT Error (non-resettable) on Phases U, V and W.
Disconnect the power supply and perform the following checks:
- Confirm that the IGBT is functioning properly.
- Verify that the IGBT drive lines and drive circuit are normal.
- Ensure that there are no short circuits to ground in the VFD terminals, external cables and the motor.

Code No.: E057
 Built-in Braking Unit Error (non-resettable)
Disconnect the power supply and perform the following checks:
- Confirm that the braking IGBT is functioning correctly.
- Verify that the drive lines and drive circuit of the braking IGBT are normal.
- Ensure that the VFD wiring (braking resistor terminals) is correct and that there are no short circuits to ground in the external cables and braking resistor.
- For machines without a built-in braking unit, check that parameter P7.64 (braking mode) is disabled.
- Restore the power supply.
