Recently, Guide Technology's self-developed HF680N series 2400 kW high-voltage regenerative multi-drive system was successfully applied to a 900-ton large shipbuilding gantry crane (900 t×168 m double-beam gantry crane), injecting new momentum into China's shipbuilding industry.

The Guide HF680N series regenerative multi-drive system, composed of regenerative rectifier modules, inverters, and LCL filtering units, provides a constant DC power supply and perfect energy feedback, featuring excellent speed and torque control performance. Specifically designed for large hoisting equipment, Guide Technology's multi-drive system, centered around 2400 kW-level AFE technology, offers the following advantages:

1. Energy Bidirectional Flow Technology: This leading technology converts the gravitational potential energy of the gantry crane when lowering heavy objects into electrical energy in real-time, which is then fed back to the power grid.

The system achieves high comprehensive energy-saving efficiency and reduces carbon emissions.

2. Dynamic Harmonic Suppression Algorithm: With a current harmonic content of less than 3% (measured at full load according to GB/T 24337-2009), the electrical energy fed back to the power grid is of high quality, preventing pollution to the shipyard's power grid.

3. High Power Factor: Regardless of rectification or energy feedback, the equipment achieves a power factor of up to 0.999, improving the power factor of the drive equipment.

The large gantry crane, known as a "national treasure," plays a pivotal role in shipyard applications. The adoption of Guide Technology's high-voltage multi-drive product as the core drive system for this equipment marks Guide Technology's continuous breakthroughs in the field of high-end industrial automation core components, propelling China's domestic high-end equipment to a new level of autonomous controllability.
